CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
Orders are accepted during business hours for our offices (8AM - 3PM). Preferably make requests with 24 hours in advance.
To make special cakes orders for XV años, weddings, etc. you must make the order at least 2 weeks before the event. If your cake requires extra elements like bases, decorative articles, these can prolong the required time to make the cake.

By placing your order the same day to receive your products, this will not guarantee being able to receive all your entire order. Therefore we recommend to place orders 24 hours in advance to ensure the full order with the products you've selected.

The minimum purchase order to place an order is $ 200 pesos. Not to exceed this amount we are unable to deliver at his dominicilio.

Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, this must be done with a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled delivery. Otherwise, no cancellation may be made and your order must be delivered and paid in full upon delivery.

Deliveries
Delivery is desired at home within the city of Tecate BC, Mexico. Payment must be made right in the delivery.
